At Horrington House Preschool we enjoy taking the children out into our local environment.
Through outside play many areas of key learning such as motor skills, independence, social development and understanding the world can be taught. We also find that the children thrive within the freedom of being in this environment and facilitates improved mental health.
The children particularly enjoy regular walks into the village where they have been observing the life cycles of tadpoles and changes of the seasons.
